Shipping Information
We ship using UPS Ground or USPS Priority. All products are insured according to the amount of the order. Shipping time for products is usually within 10 to 15 days from date of order.
Return Policy
We value our customers and know that satisfaction is important. With this goal in mind, we guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price, not including shipping.
To help you, may we suggest one of the following solutions:
- If the item is obviously broken in transit by the shipping company, you should notify the carrier.
- If the item is damaged but the box is not, return the item to us in the original box and we will replace the item free of charge.
- If the item is damaged due to wear and tear, we may be able to replace the part for the customer to fix. There will be a charge for this service.
- If you are dissatisfied with the item, we must be notified within 72 hours or 3 days from receipt of item. We will try to arrange a substitution. If this is not possible, we will receive and inspect the item for damage or use. If it is in the original condition and no substitution is possible, we will return the price of the item, not including shipping costs.
