1. What do you mean by natural or organic finish? Toys having a natural finish are hand sanded
and rubbed with Watco oil that is non-toxic. Organic toys are shipped without the oil finish.
2. What does "child safe" refer to? Toy finishes are nontoxic and judged "child safe" by the National
Child Safety Standard Testing Institute.
3. What can I do if a toy is damaged? Please refer to the Return Policies.
4. What types of wood are used in the toys? The toys are made from a mixture of hardwoods
including walnut, maple, alder, oak, and birch.
5. Can I get replacement parts? If a toy is damaged due to wear and tear, we may be able to replace
the part for the customer to make the repair.
